Mexican Spicy Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g potatoes, cut in wedges
    1 tablespoon oil
    4 tablespoons potatoes, wedge seasoning mix
Preparation
    preheat the oven to 190\u00b0C (170\u00b0C for fan assisted ovens), gas mark 5. Cut each potato into thick wedges. Chuck in a large bowl with the oil and turn to coat.
    Throw them onto a large tray and sprinkle over the Old El Paso Seasoning Mix for Mexican Wedges. Cook for 20-25 minutes turning occasionally until tender.
