Pregnant Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flour tortilla (per person)
    1/4 cup refried beans, warmed
    1/4 cup seasoned taco meat, warmed
    1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    5 -6 black olives, sliced
    2 -3 tablespoons sour cream
    1 -2 green onion, sliced
    1/4 cup chopped tomato, deseeded
    1/4 cup lettuce, thinly sliced (or coarsely shredded)
    taco sauce (heat-ness is up to you)
Preparation
    Warm the burrito skin (optional); lay it on a microwave-safe serving plate.
    Spread beans down the center third of the burrito; top with taco meat, cheese, olives, sour cream, onions and tomato.
    Pop this into the microwave and cook until cheese begins to melt and bubble up (1 minute on High)--watch carefully.
    Sprinkle with lettuce and dash of taco sauce; roll up and place seam-side down on the plate.
