Must Make Mango Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large red peppers, seeded and cut into strips
    1 large sweet white onion, skinned and quartered
    0.5 (10 1/2 ounce) jar red pepper jelly (i use Braswells)
    1/2 bunch cilantro leaf
    1/4 cup lime juice
    salt
    1 (24 ounce) jar of del monte mangoes, drained
Preparation
    I put everything into the food processor and pulse until fairly fine.
    You can pulse it to your preference.
    If you like it chunky, don't do it for too long.
    if you like it soupy, go for it.
    You can also do this manually with a knife and dice everything, but that's too much work.
