Sugar Free Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice
    2 (3 ounce) boxes sugar-free orange gelatin
    1 1/2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    2 -3 carrots, peeled and grated
Preparation
    Make jello according to directions on the box.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Drain pineapple and add to the jello along with the grated carrots and chopped celery.
    Mix together and chill until firm.
