Brisket Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cooked beef brisket, thinly sliced and heated
    1 loaf baguette, cut 1/2 inch slices-toasted and rubbed with
    garlic clove
    1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
    1 bunch chives, chopped
    2 roasted red peppers, sliced into strips
    1 cup roasted tomatoes, chopped
    1 bunch basil (to garnish)
Preparation
    Slice baguette into 1/2 inch pieces toast and rub with garlic clove (this is the crostini base). Combine chives with sour cream. To assemble take crustini and spread with sour cream with chives. Add one slice heated brisket and top roasted red pepper slices across. Garnish with basil and chives.
