Cheesy Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and vegetables in shallow baking dish.
Add chicken. Season as desired.
Cover.
Bake for 50 minutes. Top with cheese and let stand.
