Iced Tea Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups boiling water
    1 cup loose tea
    2 1/2 cups sugar
Preparation
    Steep tea in boiled water for 15 minutes.
    Strain out loose tea, add liquid and sugar into a pot, boil for 10 minutes. Take off heat and cool.
    Add 1 Tbsp to a glass and fill with chilled water and ice; add garnish if desired.
