Eight-Grain Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 cups warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 cup oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup caraway seed
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup cooked rice
1/3 cup rye flakes
1/3 cup wheat bran
1/3 cup poppy seed
Preparation

Stir together all wet ingredients.
Mix all dry ingredients, except poppy seeds. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix together until just combined. Let stand for 10 minutes more.
Knead, and let rise for 1 1/2 hour.
Braid, and let rise 30 more minutes. Sprinkle poppy seeds on the outside.
Bake at 190 C / 375 F for 45 minutes.
