Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head red cabbage
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup apple juice
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
-
Slice red cabbage thinly.
Put in medium pot add rest of ingredients except butter.
Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
At the end when is done add butter.
Can be eaten hot or cold.
