My Sugar Coated Pecans (Almonds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon flour
    2 tablespoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 egg white
    2 1/2 - 3 cups nuts
    1/4 - 1/2 cup butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 baking pan.
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt, set aside.
    Beat egg white until foamy, add vanilla. Stir in sugar mix and nuts and coat. Spread on a baking pan and bake at 250 for about 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every once in a while so that they don't stick -- .
