Elena'S Chicken Francese - cooking recipe

1/2 cup flour
1 - 1 1/2 lb chicken tenderloins, about
3 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation

Place flour in a shallow bowl.
Roll chicken in flour to coat.
Beat eggs, parmesan, parsley, salt& pepper until foamy.
Heat olive oil& butter in skillet over med.
high heat.
Dip chicken is egg mixture.
Place in skillet, cook chicken until browned, about 3 min per side.
Squeeze lemon juice on chicken and cook 1 min.
