Steamed All Bran Brown Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup all-bran cereal
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts
1 egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup molasses, light
1 cup flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Combine all bran cereal, raisins, nuts, egg, buttermilk, and molasses.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients into wet mixture; stir just until combined.
Fill quart cans that have been greased.
This will fill 2 quart cans.
Steam for 2-1/2 hours.
