Hamburg Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb ground beef, browned or 3/4 lb ground venison, if you want to be traditional browned
    1 1/2 tablespoons flour
    3/4 cup water
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    3/4 cup cooked peas, if desired
    mashed potatoes, hot
Preparation
    Mix flour, water and salt together.
    Add to meat.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add peas if desired.
    Serve over mashed potatoes.
