Greek Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb salmon fillet (cut in 4 equal parts)
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon all purpose Greek seasoning
Preparation
    Place the salmon in a microwave safe plate.
    Mix the olive oil and Greek seasoning.
    Brush the mixture over the fillets.
    Cover tightly.
    Microwave 10 minutes @ 50% power.
