Carrots Polynesian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup water
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
    8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 tablespoon cornstarch, blended with 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil; add carrots; cover and cook 10 minutes until crisp tender.
    Stir in pineapple; cook 5 minutes.
    Add cornstarch. Cook and stir until thickened and clear.
