Minnesota Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups mashed potatoes (or riced)
    1/2 cup cream
    3 tablespoons melted butter
    2 1/2 cups flour
    salt
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and cream well.
    Add melted butter, flour, and salt and mix well.
    Roll out a small piece at a time into a circle as thin as possible.
    Fry until lightly browned, turn and brown other side.
