Rose’S Light Nut And Dried Fruit Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups rolled oats
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/4 cup orange juice
    3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    1/4 cup diced dried apricot
    1/4 cup diced dried cranberries
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (your preference)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable spray.
    Combine the oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, oil, orange juice, maple syrup and nuts in a mixing bowl. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, tossing once to prevent burning. Add the dried fruit.
    Store in airtight containers for up to 1 month.
