Baked Cabbage (Bulgaria) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 tablespoon paprika
    1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    salt
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 -2 bell pepper, chopped (I used red bells)
Preparation
    Mix the cabbage with the peppers and tomatoes, add the spices, oil, vinegar and water and transfer to a baking dish.
    Bake for 1 to 2 hours (after the first hour, keep checking to make sure that the top of the dish doesn't burn) or until the cabbage is soft.
