Cheese Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons capers, drained
10 ounces swiss cheese, finely grated
1 (12 ounce) jar sliced mild banana peppers, drained and minced
2 tbsp.minced fresh chives
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Soak capers in water to cover 10 minuters, drain.
Stir together capers and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
