Ingredients

1 quart whipping cream
1 1/3 cups whipping cream
1 quart milk
1 1/2 cups milk
8 lemons, juice of
4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
Preparation

Mix all ingredients throughly.
Pour into ice cream freezer. Follow freezers instructions.
Freeze for four hours.
