Ginger Garlic Shrimp Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    16 large shrimp, heads removed, deveined, peeled with tails on
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
    Add shrimp, and cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate for one hour.
    Skewer shrimp and grill over medium-high heat until just cooked through.
