Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
hot oil
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oil until it's good and hot.
Fry sweet potatoes for about 8 minutes.
Remove from fryer and place on a napkin to drain off excess oil.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Stir to coat evenly.
Serve immediately.
