Lemon Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

For Pastry
4 ounces flour
2 ounces fat (I use baking marge or butter)
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoons water, as required
For filling
1 large cooking apple
1 lemon
1 egg
3 ounces sugar
Preparation

Make pastry.
Line a 7 inch flan ring.
Peel and grate the apple, add the sugar and then the grated rind and juice of the lemon.
Beat the egg.
Add to the apple mixture and mix- this will curdle- not to worry.
Pour into tart case and bake for about 35 minutes at 350F/ 170\u00b0C.
