Ayran - Chilled Turkish Yoghurt Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
    2 cups carbonated water (Perrier plain)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients in a blender.
    Taste, you may want to increase the salt or lemon juice.
    Chill.
    Serve cool, like a beverage.
