Tarragon Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups dry mustard
    1 cup white sugar
    3/4 cup tarragon vinegar
    1/2 cup fresh tarragon, chopped or 2 tablespoons dried tarragon
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup lite olive oil
Preparation
