Mexican Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Wisk cilantro, vinegar, oil and salt in a large bowl.
Add cabbage and toss well to coat.
Serve.
