Sausage-Date Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb pork sausage
2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package dates, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Stir well and shape into 1-inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0F for 20 minutes or until browned.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Yield: 4 1/2 dozen.
