Amar Al Din, [Ramadan Apricot Juice] - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package dry apricot (in pressed sheet form)
    5 cups boiling water
Preparation
    Cut up the apricot sheets into 4 or 5 stips.
    Add water to cover.
    Soak until apricot dissolves. (5 hours).
    Once apricot is fully dissolved, refrigerate.
    Serve cold.
