Smoked Sausage And Tomato Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 tomatoes, chopped
16 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 slices bread, torn into pieces
18 large eggs
6 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation

Place torn bread pieces into a large, greased pan.
Sprinkle tomatoes over bread and then layer sausage on top.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Pour egg mixture on top of bread and meat and then sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
