Yakamish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup butter
1 lb round steak, cut in strips
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
2 cups cooked rice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry onion and steak in butter until steak is just browned.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add carrots and rice.
Mix until heated through.
You may add soy sauce to taste (optional).
