Ingredients

1 1/2 quarts mangoes, chunks
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 quart roasted pecan (peanuts, walnuts, macadamia or whatever)
1/4 cup water
Preparation

Bring mangos, sugar and water to a boil in heavy pan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened and has smooth consistency, stirring frequently.
Add nuts and cool.
Serve over ice cream or over anything you want.
