Taverns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 cup ketchup
    3/4 cup water
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1/8 cup vinegar, slightly less than
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink, drain fat.
    Over medium heat add additional ingredients to ground beef.
    Simmer a minimum of 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve on buns.
