Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 cup 2% low-fat milk
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    mix dry ingredients.
    add egg, milk and vanilla extract. mix until moist but do not over mix. there could be some lumps.
    pour onto griddle to make the size pancake desire.
