Pineapple-Applesauce-Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon clove
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup crushed pineapple
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
    In a separate bowl, combine oil, applesauce, pineapple, eggs, and pumpkin.
    Add to dry ingredients and stir just to combine.
    Spoon a rounded tablespoon into each muffin cup.
    Bake for 12 - 14 minutes.
