1 lb Polish sausage (or use smoked sausage)
6 cups sauerkraut
Preparation

Slice sausage into 1/4-inch slices and fry, no oil added, in a non-stick saucepan or skillet at medium-high heat until browned.
Add sauerkraut and mix well. Heat through and serve.
