Frozen Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (6 ounce) can frozen pineapple concentrate
    1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
    food coloring (optional)
    1 (9 inch) chocolate crumb pie shell (or other ready-to-eat crust)
Preparation
    Combine sweetened condensed milk and fruit juice concentrate.
    Fold in topping and food coloring. Pour into pie shell.
    Freeze. Defrost slightly before serving.
    Variations: substitute lime, pink lemonade, lemon, cranberry, orange or tangerine juice concentrate for pineapple.
