Fresh Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb green beans
    3 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation
    Snap end off the beans.
    Add beans to boiling water.
    Cook ONLY 5 minutes.
    Drain and run under cold water.
    In a skillet, melt butter and saute beans for 3 minutes.
    Add cheese, pepper and garlic salt and toss.
    Serve immediately.
