Cubed Pork With Apples And Onions And Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs pork steak
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 medium onion
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    Slowly fry pork in 1 T. butter, until done but moist. Cut in cubes. Set aside.
    Saute sliced onion and crushed garlic in 1 T. butter. When onions have clarified add pork and soy sauce. Thinly slice apples and add the apples and the *raisins to the pork. Cook until well-heated and apples are cooked but still a little crunchy, stirring occasionally.
    This is a great dish with pilaf or rice.
    *It is best to have moist raisins and crunchy apples to have a little contrast in flavor, color and texture.
