Marinated Calamari Antipasti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces calamari, cleaned and cut in rounds
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olive, halved
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh basil leaf, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
Preparation

In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add calamari, tomatoes, onion and olives and saute until calamari is soft and opaque, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, basil and thyme. Toss well.
