Light Wheat Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1 egg
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation

In a bread machine, place all ingredients in order as suggested by manufacturer. Select bread setting. Choose crust colar and loaf size, if available. Bake according to bread machine directions.
