Healthy Bean Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked beans
    2/3 cup powdered milk
    1 cup wheat flour
    2/3 cup applesauce
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup molasses
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation
    Mash the beans into a paste consistency.
    Add the rest of the ingredients to the paste.
    Stir mixture thoroughly.
    Pour into 8 x 8 baking pan.
    Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
    Optional:.
    The use of pears, or other fruit can be used to replace the applesauce.
