Jell-O Gelatin I'M Not Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, melted
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup milk
    3 1/2 cups Cool Whip
    1 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced or (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 (3 1/2 ounce) package jell-o brand gelatin, any flavor
    3/4 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup cold water
    ice cube
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press firmly into bottom of 13X9-inch pan; chill 15 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar; gradually beat in milk.
    Fold in whipped topping and spread evenly over crumb crust.
    Top with peaches; chill.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups; add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened; remove any unmelted ice.
    Gently spoon over peaches; chill until firm, 3 hours.
    To serve, cut into squares.
