Tomato-Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 ounce) can V8 vegetable juice
    2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables
    1 lb ground beef, cooked & drained
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 teaspoons instant minced onion
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In a 5-quart slow cooker combine the first five ingredients; mix well.
    Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    You could probably cook this on low for 6-8 hours as well.
