Tomato Tarragon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium shallots, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon cooking oil
    2 teaspoons sugar
    2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
    3/4 cup tomato puree
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Saute shallot and garlic in oil in a small saucepan until tender; about 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
