Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs baby portabella mushrooms, washed and sliced
    4 tablespoons butter
    6 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup white wine
    4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
    salt, to taste
    parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt the butter over medium heat in large saute pan, add the mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add the minced garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
    Add the white wine and cook for another 5 minutes.
    Add the cream, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
    Add salt to taste.
    Mix the chopped parsley with the sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Serve over meat or pasta.
