Grilled Miso Salmon (Perricone) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup yellow miso
    2 tablespoons mirin (or rice wine vinegar)
    2 teaspoons tamari (or soy sauce)
    1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
    1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
    4 (6 ounce) boneless salmon fillets (or chicken or tofu)
    Garnish
    2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
    1 teaspoon sesame seeds, lightly-toasted
Preparation
    Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl.
    Pour over fish in shallow dish.
    Cover, regrigerate, and marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
    Grill, Bake or broil.
    Garnish with cilantro and sesame.
