Flavoured Milk Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
    1 cup low-fat ice cream (flavour of your choice)
    2/3 cup water
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon jam (flavour of your choice) (optional)
Preparation
    Let the icecream melt.
    Mix or stir all the ingredients together until it's clump free in a bowl and pour it into a glass afterwards.
    Cover the top of the glass with plastic wrap and let the drink chill for 10 minutes in the refridgerator.
