Chocolate Malt Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ounces semisweet chocolate
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate or 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups malt drink powder (such as Ovaltine)
Preparation

Put chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Whisk together cream, milk and malt powder in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Immediately pour over chocolate.
Let sit 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth.
Pour into a glass jar, cover and refrigerate.
