East-West Barbecued Chicken (Crock Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/3 cup orange marmalade
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Place chicken in crock.
    In a small bowl, combine ketchup, orange marmalade, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Pour over chicken.
    Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 to 5 hours.
