Skinny Minny Lemon Poppy Seed Bread (Fruit Loop Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 tablespoons lemons, zest of
    2 lemons
    1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon poppy seed
Preparation
    squeeze juice from 2 lemons (you should get 1/3 cup). use the rinds to get your zest.
    combine all ingredients and mix.
    bake in an 8 inches loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray for 30 minute at 350.
